Oatmeal Cookie Protein Bites

1/2 cups, Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 Cup Power Cakes

2 tbsp Coconut Oil
-
1 scoop Vanilla Whey or Vegan protein

1/2 cup Peanut Butter
-
1/3 cup Almond Butter
-
1/4 cup Organics Raisins
-
3 Tbsp Organic Honey
-
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl or kitchen stand mixer. Mix until well combined. If mixture is too dry, add a little more coconut oil. Scoop out with a tablespoon then roll into bite size balls. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
