Egg White Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of those comfort meals that always hits the spot. I like to beef my oatmeal up with some added proteins to make it a bit more macro friendly. One of my favorite ways to do so, is to add egg whites to create a creamy, protein and carb packed breakfast.


Egg White Oatmeal

1 cup water
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
optional stevia and cinnamon
Toppings, PBfit and raspberries

Directions
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add in oats and stir until water starts to evaporate. Add in egg whites and optional stevia and cinnamon if desired. Whisk until thick and creamy. Mix in protein powder after removing from heat. Top with nut butter, berries or desired toppings.
