Ingredients

1 cup, Old Fashioned Oats

1 tsp, Vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped, Carrots, raw

1/4 cup (not packed), Raisins, seedless

1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
-
2 Tbsp, Organic Honey
-
1 tsp. Vanilla
-
1 tsp. Cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp. Sea salt
Glaze

2 tbsp. coconut butter
-
1/4 tsp. vanilla
-
1 tsp. honey
Directions
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine all ingredients until a wet, sticky mixture forms. Roll into ping pong size balls using your hands. If not wet enough to stick together, add 1 tbsp. of water at a time until wet enough. Place in the fridge to set up. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt coconut butter then mix with vanilla and honey. Drizzle over protein balls then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
